Rodmatic is a market specialist in producing high volume turned parts. The company runs a combination of multi-spindle automatic and CNC machines with capacity ranging from 4mm to 80mm, fully supported by in-house tool planning facilities and quality control systems.

Rodmatic takes quality very seriously, we understand that consistent high quality production is a prerequisite for our customers to order from us.

Since 1992 Rodmatic has gained and kept the ISO 9001 quality standard and this has been recently updated to ISO 9001:2000.

A right first time attitude is important to us and we apply techniques such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) in addition to Statistical Process Control (SPC). We constantly review our processes with the aim of continual improvement. Our staff are given the tools needed to maintain and improve quality.

Our quality and inspection department is fully stocked with up to date inspection equipment, the most recent addition being a Mitutoyo CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machine(CMM).

The environment is equally important to Rodmatic and we are starting the process to obtain ISO 14001, we would hope to attain this standard in 2008.
