Machine Setter

We currently have a vacancy for a Machine Setter reporting to our Manufacturing Manager. Ideally applicants should have experience of multi spindle machines although consideration would be given to centre lathe turners and single spindle capstan setters or similar. A good appreciation of drill and form grinding coupled with experience in the use of micrometers, verniers and gauges is essential.

Rodmatic has an extensive range of Wickman 6 spindle automatic lathes. Maximum bar sizes range from 1” diameter up to 3 ¼” diameter.

Specific, on the job, training will be given.
